MessageCare is an asynchronous telehealth service, meaning you fill out a form describing your symptoms and a provider will review it. You’ll receive a response with a treatment plan or next steps through the secure patient portal—no video or phone call needed.

Before submitting a MessageCare request or scheduling a telehealth visit, you’ll complete a screening questionnaire for emergency symptoms. If your answers indicate a medical emergency, you will be prompted to seek urgent care or call 911 and won’t be able to proceed. If a provider later determines your case requires emergency care, we will notify you via phone call and secure portal message.

At this time, we are a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance. However, we offer affordable pricing, including payment plans and discounts for students, service members, and first responders.

Yes, we can prescribe most non-controlled medications when medically appropriate. However, we do not prescribe controlled substances, including ADHD medications, pain medications, Lyrica, or medical marijuana.
